I got a great car, but after reserving and paying for my car online, I go to pick it up and they try to charge me again. That didnt fly especially since I handed them a copy of my receipt. Once they realized I wasnt paying again they brought my car around so I can get it. I do the initial exterior inspection and get in to leave and the car is completely empty of gas. I refused to take the vehicle until they put some gas in it so I could make it to the gas station. Needless to say I returned the car on empty just as I received it.
