When you are lucky and have a tracking number, in order to save time go and pick up your shipment this is the fastest thing, they are very busy
My order lasted 10 days at this depo before it was delivered!! No response to calls or online chats! If you have more than one order, it is very likely that they will be delivered on different days or by different delivery workers! Waist of our time and their time and money. This shows the huge lack of organisation and systematicness in an international logistic company like DHL when it comes to their Saudi customers!! Very unacceptable

Quick in general.. But they didnt contact me i had to go to their store even though my address is super clear and my phone number was given but i saw the tracking number says contact is needed when it reached to Buraydah.. No biggie because it reached super quick like 4 or 5 days
