We was waiting outside for 15 min in the sun(42degree), when I ask the responsible Indian guy he said” I’m busy” . No body answers the phone, even when the same Indian guy answers the phone he closed the phone immediately. The place is not clean and the environment is not welcoming. I hope the consul will see this notes because the provided services reflect his country.the only helpful man was Mr ahmed he was respectful and professional.

The worst experience I've ever had ...first: the Egyptian guy who looks at your papers is very disrespectful and chooses whoever he wants SECOND: they changed everything and one guy called Mustafa hands out numbers to guys who come early but lied to me and told me he will get me in (EVEN THOUGH I CAME 3 HOURS EARLY) and i asked him for my number he said #6 without giving me any ticket and after that they refused to let me in and claimed they only accept 30 people per day (if u don't get the ticket number then your OUT) sadly the embassy went from being one of the best and most respected to a place looking like a bus station filled with lowclass animals.

Very bad experience, this is my 4th time I got my visa from here and it was never this bad, new roles was not mentioned in the website. TheEgyptian staff Hani, has very inprofessional attitude towards applicants. Hope he got notified about that.
