Being an Afghan, I'm really ashamed of seeing our embassy in such a halt. People here wait for 3 to 5 days to get something done. I myself, personally had to wait for 2 days just for a passport renewal. It has no proper system and no efficient management. The Diplomats here come to there work after an hour of delay. This is the worst Consulate General that I've ever seen in my life. It needs proper administration and management system. People are always overcrowded in that region, waiting for their work to be done and employees just pass their time.

Its a disaster inside, unless you are free for a week to visit them everyday just to get the simplest thing done then go ahead. Its dirty, hot and smelly inside. Very frustrated and disappointed that this is our consulate's state. I am not even hoping for improvement because i know that will never happen. The biggest problem is that no one even thinks about complaining. Everyone think that this is the norm. Really sad.

Theres very obvious hygienic problems in the facility, and the Q system is horrible no one respects it unless u start yelling, the employees are very careless and lazy, a lot of work needs to be done to improve
