I have visited the clinic today, I was shocked when the nurse don’t put film protection on the x-ray tube sleeve, it is a must during all times how if we face COVID19! The nurse put her hand inside the patient mouth while touching unprotected equipment!

Even though it was my first time to do laser , the stuff makes you feel as if you are at home. The place is so clean and the staff is so kind. it took me less then two minutes to schedule appointment. they also followed up regarding my appointment. More importantly, the price is very competitive compare to the service. I highly recommended to men who wants to do laser hair removal.

The worst attitude to the patient that I have ever seen. Plasma session is performed by nurse not by doctor. When I complained why I didn't get primary consultation before the procedure, the doctor Ahmed al Ibrahim (was the only dermatologist in clinic) rudely answered that if I come for Hair plasma I have to know...( to know what I didn't understand). Then I was rudely asked "what do you want Now?" Of course, after this question from doctor I left clinic. By the way, the doctor doesn't wear any uniform or lab coat, when I saw him in the hall of clinic, I thought that was a worker who is not related to injections or medical services. Nurses of cosmetology department don't tie their hair so it seems that they work in some another place, but not a hospital, they are super busy with their phones and don't know basics of etiquette. 3 nurses entered the room to take the blood, while that no one of them said Hello and what they are going to do, insted they were talking their language and laughing like there isn't any costumer with them. I don't advice you Coral clinic.
