A really wonderful clinic with a great service, Head of technology treatment and helpful consulting for future treatment. not to mention a really wonderful customer journey from the beginning of walking from the door until finishing the appointment.

I went here for a walk-in teeth cleaning on a Thursday. It was a bad experience. I do not recommend Dr. Lateef, or even this clinic for a dental procedure. The dentist, Dr. Mona Lateef, came out to *talk* to me with her mouth full of food with NO MASK. When I went into her office, she still did not have a mask on and there was loud MUSIC playing, and she was on her phone. After I asked Dr. Lateef to please put on a mask, the assistant started to work on my mouth and she called another woman in to do suction. But they were talking and giggling and the music was loud and the women did not do a good job with the suction. I asked them to be more professional and turn off the music and FOCUS. Also, they applied anesthesia to my mouth -- I didn't know why; it's just a cleaning. But maybe it's good to have anesthesia because they were so rough with my mouth. Finally, Dr. Lateef joined us. She began working on my mouth very roughly, too. She was rough on my gums, and the assistant did not give me eye protection. Also, the assistant was not good with suction, so I gagged. Liquids splashed everywhere. It was as if it was the first time either of the women had ever cleaned teeth. Also, Dr. Lateef rested her hand and arm on my forehead, which is very uncomfortable for a patient. My head is not your armrest! Finally, Dr. Lateef was finished and she left the room without a word. They also left a lot of soap in my mouth. The assistant gave me water to rinse. This was not a pleasant experience at all. I don't recommend this clinic!

من افضل واجمل العيادات .. دكتور الأسنان/ عبداللطيف اللحام دكتور ذووق وفاهم شغله وطويل بال من جد فنان شهادتنا فيه مجروحه مبدع بكل معنى الكلمه .. وماشاء الله الاستقبال كلهم حبوبين ومعاملتهم روعه وبالأخص الأخت علياء تجنن ربي يحفظها .. وفوق هذا كله دايم يذكرونك بالمواعيد ويرسلون شغلهم مره مرتب

ذهبت للعياده ودفعت مبلغ لعمل بلازما الشعر والممرضه لم تستطع سحب الدم من اليد اليمين ثم حولت على اليسار ونفس الشي ماطلع دم قلت خلاص شكراً رجعوا المبلغ وجلسوا يماطلون ساعه عشان ارجاع المبلغ وكانوا يبغون يحملوني قيمه الابره كمان. بعد ساعه وشد وجذب ومماطلة اخذوا صوره بطاقه الاحوال وقالوا وقع عليها وبعدين جابوا 3 اوراق اوقع عليها والطامه الكبرى جابوا محبره وقالوا ابصم واثنين شهود تعامل رخيص مع الاسف ملاحظة: النجمه فقط للديكور

تجربتي بصراحه وبكٌل أمانه ؟ فوق الممتازه الحمدالله ثم الحمدالله اني تعالجت عند د. مٌعاذ ولا اظن اني بتعالج عند غيره . اول مره اسوي حشوات تجميله عنده تنظيف اسنان بصراحه م توقعت خفت يده ويشتغل بذمه وضمير ، وحبيت اني اتابع معاه علاجاتي اول زياره لي عنده ، عطاني كشفيه سريعه لاسناني بدون لا اقول له وبصراحه حبيت اهتمامه فيني ( كلمه حق وتنقال ) الله يبارك له في شغله يارب ، وانصحكم فيه وبقوه ، د . معاذ ️
