Pros: The showroom is great and one of original in the market. It has its own higher income demographic and this has been the way for many years. The quality for tiles/porcelain is unmistakably authentic. they also have professional designer to design your bathroom if you are buying the tiles from the shop. Cons: prices are too high. Very very much.
Good products but their service is not that great in addition to the delay in preparing the purchase for collection despite confirmation.

The shop sells good quality of sanitary items. The high prices of their items are justified by the quality of their products. Actually, I was searching for specific items that I could not find in my country Bahrain. I found it with them. In addition, I was impressed with services provided by one of their staff; Mr. Abdulla Alnomair as he showed a service level that exceeded my expectation. He is really considered as a good asset for the company.
