A VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED! I was tracking my shipment and calling them for more than a week and they did not do anything about it!!! and I didn’t receive my shipment after all my calls ! they helped me with NOTHING. the customer service was very horrible, although i sent my location to the driver but nothing was there! I haven’t seen a bad service like this

One of the worst logistics company I had ever seen. They don’t respect their costumers. Drivers are asking for location and then ignore your delivery and calls. Then, they mentioned delivery failed!!!!! Now I have been waiting for 4 days with different drivers with same behavior. I hope if I can rated them by (-).
The employees here are very ubprofessional and rude. Naqel are too lazy to hire better people in their company. I suggest every business owner to deal with a different comanies.
Worst customer service ever. I sent many emails and received no replies at all. The delivery guy called me asking for location (although I already put it using the link they sent me) and after sending the location he never showed up. And the same thing happened 3 more times, they call but no one shows up. I have never had a such a bad experience with any other shipping company.
They didn’t deliver half of my things. Very poor service. Nobody answered. Nobody at the office. The worse experience in my life
This is one of the best cheepest service in the world. I never seen before . I think this is alien group service . They must b mention on site shipping time period minimum one year .
MOST OF YOUR.DELIVERY GUY DO NOT DELIVER THE PACKAGE ON TIME AND MAKES CUSTOMER WAIT FOR DAYS EVEN.IF THE PACKAGE ARE READY. DO SOMETHING!

UNTIL NOW MY ITEM STILL DID NOT ARRIVE, I TRIED TO REACH BOTH ABDULWAHED AND NAQEL, NONE OF THEM IS ANSWERING MY CALL... BOTH THESE COMPANIES ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON'T DESERVE OUR TRUST AND PATRONAGE. STOP MAKING BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANIES...………….
