Heartfull Dedication

23rd July 2018: I am confused with rating. The website order went smooth, the delivery time was surprisingly quick (1 business day following the order placement online), and the Twitter account is active and offers prompt responses upon enquiries. However, the foreign workers who delivered the boxes are far beyond simply “rude & reckless”. You will love the way they toss the boxes out of the truck (about 2 meters away). I think their ultimate goal was which of the coworkers will break the most boxes. They do make an interesting show. Yup. Not to mention the all-around bad attitude and resistance to provide a receipt (seriously?!). 4th July 2019 (updates): Another order has been placed but this time it took around 48 days then I simply gave up! In fact I had to fish out the personal mobile for the driver and asked him to deliver the boxes to my house, which he did promptly (very kind of him). The progress of the company’s delivery strategies seem to be moving upward towards the wrong way.

Delivery service (guy) is extremely bad.... He called says he is on the way and he don’t come.... Next days gives an appointment..... and don’t show up. He is rude if you called him and ask when is he coming..
