Very expensive repair and service fees
The craftsman reported to my home on 06/16/20 and I have to pay him SR178 for check only. After checking found that, part needs to be replace but they have to requested. After more than a month they give me an appointment for a visit. Unfortunately the craftsman called says that, the part received is not the right one. The same story been repeated for two time and on 09/06/20 received a call from the craftsman stated that, he has received the accurate part and it cost about SR485 and that was surprise me as they have to inform me before they requested and get my approval. This wasn’t professional work.
Samsung Korea should do something about the bad service quality in this facility. bad customer service

Limited place and service, difficult to reach
very bad service , i filled complaint months before , still no response. This is the worst after sale service i've experienced. Not possible to check the status. they dont follow up. very bad experience i'm having. I hope they will call after this.
