Good shawarma taste but nothing exceptional. Bit pricy as well. Location and interior are good. Clean and tidy (washroom as well).

I ate once at their Abha branch and it was awesome that I thought Shawarmer has same standard all over the kingdom, but no it's not. Here in Danube branch, there's this horrible Masry cashier who is not interested in serving expat. Asking for saj bread and he only said "mafi mafi mafi" until an Indian / Bengali guy came and helped me placing the order. Then, more than 30 mins wait just for 2 pieces of beef shawarma. The only good thing is the shawarma tastes good, but there are other places which sell good tasting shawarma as well.

Worst customer service. Cashier declined to serve duo meal with an option of one beef and one chicken which I’ve been taking since ages before. Insisted on taking 2 chicken or 2 beef. Also declined to serve on tray for dine in saying we don’t serve while other customer was already eating out of tray \u200d️ Never visiting this Al Shatie branch now.
