I love this hotel since I was a child and it has it’s vintage unique style which I admire the most.

The room is cozy, but I don’t like their lighting because is too dark. And it’s hard to charge my phone(iphone) because they only have one electric plug with 3 holes. While their location is good in the middle of the city,you can go to the asshatie mall which is next to the hotel and a lot of restaurant beside it
Nice and elegant traditional high service level hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. A great spot for enjoying Dammam excursions.
I reached the hotel at night, the receptionist told me that there will not be water in the bathroom from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm. I asked him to cancel my reservation so he immediately cut the reservation paper with my signature and asked me to contact booking to cancel my reservation. A supervisor showed up and informed me that they have reinnovation plan and this water problem will persist for the second 2 months and asked me to avoid booking in Sheraton for this period, he added that they have informed booking.com about this issue and it is booking.com problem that they don’t inform me before arriving. I contacted booking customer service and surprisingly they told me that the manager told them a different story and that all these details are not true. Actually Sheraton Dammam is not only loosing money but they also loosing their credibility. Bad management and bad liar employees.
One of the best buffet in town at the Fayrouz restaurant. Their Friday brunch is just amazing. I have rarely seen such excellent customer service elsewhere. I would give their staff Six stars if I could! One of their chefs personally made sure all diners were happy. We would be coming back to their restaurants for sure!
There's big variety of food, but the presentation is not upto my satisfaction. Could be much better. Staff are friendly and helpful
Best place to stay In the heart of the city Near to all restaurants and malls. Love their customer service and positive attitude.
Stayed last week and had a wonderful time with family, all team is super great, found a permanent hotel in Dammam for my stays..
