This the the first STC office where things are moving, the agents are completing their requests and responding to you appropriately. It feels good. Edit after 2 weeks: After a few visits, its the same story all over again, I was probably lucky to get in touch with a good customer service agent at the first time. Since STC is a monopoly, they just dont seem to care.

It is good place to have good services sometime you may meet a friendly helpful employee and sometime you may not better time to go early in the morning since most of the people are in their works in the evenings it is to much crowded I cobsider their prices are high but sometimes they have good offers

My internet is not working since 23 December 2020 and today it is jan 19 2021 and no one has even contacted us no one is coming to repair dont buy stc fibre very bad service
