The approvals systems and appointments needs a lot of improvements. The cleanliness and availability of washrooms and sitting rooms should be must. The experienced doctors and their availability needs to enhanced. The management or staff behavior needs improvement. The car parking is so far enough compared with hospital capacity.

I will give only one star for ultrasound department... I visit for kidney ultrasound by payin 625riyal And doctor of ultrasound done in just one minute...and tell me all is well ....i am not satisfied with her procedure ..same time i go other hospital and they done 15minutes and there is infection in my uti.....

This is the second time in this hospital and the doctor in the orthopedic clinic is so late. His job starts at 12 and it is 12:30pm now and he has not shown up yet. So unprofessional. Also if you call to book an appointment, they barely pick up.

Not recommend .Not good Because it is mentioned on the hospital's website that a dermatologist is available, but when I went there, the staff said the doctor was on a month's vacation. Is there anything like this? At least after building such a big hospital, if there is no one, then another alternative doctor should be hired. And another thing is that when you call the hospital, it is not received, it is not available. Very poor management
