It seems not my day. Went to renew my insurance today morning but nobody in the office although the lights are on yet the door is closed.... came back again after maghrib prayer stayed upto 7:30 PM still the same nobody showed up. This is not the same AXA services I used to know

I have been waiting since 09:45 and now it's 10:35 , still nobody here I asked every shop next to this shop , they told me ( those guys sometime do not show up on time , sometimes even do not show for a full day.
