DHL Express Customer 'Care': Receive texts saying 2 parcels will be delivered on 06 and 08 December. Good, I will travel to Dammam for a meeting on the 03 December so I am back in Riyadh on 04 December. Half way to Dammam receive 2 more texts saying the parcels are out for delivery on 03 December!! OK I go online and reschedule for delivery between 9am and 12 on 05 December. That was easy. Wait in on 05 December instead of going out and enjoying the weekend - nothing - no delivery, no texts. So now I will have to re-arrange my week again. Oh, and it is almost impossible to find any customer care helpline or email address for them And that Ladies and Gentlemen is DHL Express customer care in Riyadh.

If I can give it a zero star I would, only if you can imagine how frustrated and angry I am here is my story with DHL: I ordered form a website called Farfetch and the shipment recived DHL on 30 April 2020, for almost a month the shipment has been on hold at their facility and every time I call I have been told that ouh we will try our best to deliver as soonest. Guess what when I last checked my account it says that the shipment has been delivered and I did not receive anything !! not a call, a message, or my shipment. Can you only imagine how I feel now? I waited for too long then they write that they delivered it and they did not !! so you can imagine either they give my shipment to someone else or lost it. The shipment cost more than 800 SAR لو اقدر اعطيهم صفر نجمة حعطيهم لانه محد يقدر يتخيل القهر والزعل اللي انا في الان منهم وهاذي قصتي اشتريت من موقع فارفتش و الشحنة وصلت يوم 30 ابريل 2020 وجلست انتظر قرابة شهر وما وصلني شي واتصلت عليهم كثير وكل مرة يقولون بنحاول نوصلها في اقرب وقت تخيلو في الاخر وانا بشيك على حسابي في دي اتش ال الاقيهم حاطين انهم وصلو الشحنة وانا ما وصلني اي شي لا شحنة ولا اتصال ولا مسج بس لكم ان تتخيلو قد ايش انا الان مقهورة لان شحنتي يا انهم وصلوها لشخص اخر او ضيعوها بعد كل هل الانتظار تكلفة الشحنة اكثر من 800 ريال
This DHL branch has the most hospitable representatives even they are women. Straight to the point. What you need they will process immediately. Fluent in English and Arabic. Hope you visit this branch.
One of the best experiences I've had dealing with a company. The female representative who was there to serve me was fantastic and her attitude lovely given the current circumstances. Keep it up and thank you.
I always go to this branch because the female employee who works there is easy and fast accommodates my inquiries and managed to provide me with everything I need to know and never fail me on my expectations....I would definitely recommend this branch..
Although the storefront isn't much to look at, the customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and quick! I would definitely go here again and highly recommend this location. Now, my experience was due to one person working the entire store, so someone else may not have been as excellent, but I would hope the company training and leadership had something to do with it. If all the staff provides even close service, they will do well.
