*This review is for the branch, not the delivery service* Horrendous! Waited for 45 min to pickup a package after calling ahead 2 hours before arriving. Was told on the phone that the package would be brought from the storage area to the front desk, which was a flat out lie cause the receptionist said there was no message. He even told me that "the company has communication problems between departments. The office itself is in a dismal state. Few seats, some of which are broken, severely limited parking spots, and a "coffee/tea area" that leaves much to be desired. An overall horrible experience. Wish I had another choice...

Useless at best. Head of DHL Saudi Arabia told me yesterday that my shipment would complete yesterday and I am here today and still not resolved. DHL Useless.
Zero response , I would advice any one to think twice before dealing with them , no one in DHL will give any kind of support or feedback if there is delay form there sides , they’d employee need one from out side DHL to do there works and there management not taking care for any complains . Don’t be the next one to regret dealing with them .
I have same exact complaint 3 months ago and and 3 years ago . I have never requested my shipment to be collected your showroom (don't requested consignee pick) and your driver left the shipment deliberately for has convenient. I paid for door to door service and there is no excuse.
