i love the staff but their appointments are a joke. no respect for the patients' time whatsoever. my appointment was at 12:30pm and entered the doctor's office at 2:35pm and it's extremely discouraging and disrespectful to be honest, and my first time there i had to wait for about 1hr45min hoping that this time would be any better. but it seems to have only gotten worse
