They are thieves of the first order. I bought a bicycle for my daughter on her birthday and when testing it in the store the rear tyre was flat. When i showed him he filled air and gave. After a few days when my daughter wanted to ride ot again the rear tyre was flat. We examined the tyre and it was cracked and damaged. Today i went to the store and asked them to change the tyre and they not only refused but told us to get out. The egyptian store manager even hit my hand and pushed me. Never go to this store, they have no respect for customers and are cheats.
