Never contacted me about my shipment
Updated on 10 Nov. 2020: I didnt get my package yet. its been almost a month in Saudi arabia and not yet delivered!!! (VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE) They Should really consider zero star to rate the services of Fedex (SA) will earn it. since Oct. 13.20 my shipment in the clearance, and it's only a small item which doesn't require any custom fees and all I have to pay (15%) tax and I had to call several time but without action, the status is the same since more than a week, I gave mi ID number many times and I even email and they confirmed receiving it two days ago and I confirmed with the representative if they need any thing from me to support and get it done but they say no action required from your side , but up to now no action. now I am thinking to go to the airport and get it done myself !!!
I lived in the United States and FedEx was always the worst customer service- nothing is different here in saudi arabia- FedEx is worst customer service with all excuses

The employees are not cooperative at all.
The person on the counter was not so pleasing and he gave me a feeling that he does not want to work but just skip working , without properly scrutinising the way bill Documents and invoice.
