I am sure my review won't matter to this agency but I need to share my bitter experience. I don't recommend anyone to buy tickets from this agency unless they really don't know how to buy tickets online. I went there to buy Flynas tickets as I wasn't getting seats online due to Eid holidays. There's this young pakistani lad doing ticket offered me Flyadeal as a cheapest and nearest option apart from Flynas. By the way they are not just Flynas office but also do other domestic flight tickets too. Since I was desperate this guy took the opportunity to overcharge me and billed me SR. 1750 for Oneway trip (2Pax) JED to DMM that too in CASH when I gave him my bank card to charge the payment, he made an excuse that the machine is not working and forced me to withdraw CASH. When I left the office and checked my booking price online, it was a mere SR. 1358. So, I went back to the office and asked him as to why he's charged me an extra SR. 392 when he's already charged SR. 50 towards agency charges and to my surprise this guy says that it's VAT Charges 15% towards ticket and additional 15% towards agency. This clearly is FRAUD and CHEATING as 15% VAT is charged one time only and not twice and this guy clearly looted me by doing so and also took the payment in CASH. When I asked him for a clarification he pointed me to a mobile to call. I realized that I was thuged and wasn't in a mood for further argument with this guy since the money is gone. This is our hard earned money and we put a lot of sweat and blood to earn it so please spend it wisely and do not land into such places out of desperateness like I did.
