Very happy with the new bikes we bought for the whole family. Impressed with the quality of equipment provided at Go Bike Saudi. But even more impressive was the customer service. The guys here spent allot of time with us to make sure we made the best choice, educated us on how to use the bikes, and custom fit the bike for us. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for your biking needs. First class customer service. Thanks again for making this such a enjoyable experience. The wife and daughter are thrilled with their new bikes!

The only place I found in Saudi Arabia who has “Profile Design” aero hydration systems for TT bikes, although they don’t have TT bikes, they also have wide variety of cycling parts as well as smart and regular home trainers and maintenance corner but I didn’t try it Worth visiting if you are at eastern region
Very nice bike shop. I would say this is the closest to a local US bike shop you will see in Eastern Province region. The owners Alaa and Ahmad are well informed and aware of bike needs, services, and parts. Customer service is awesome and their correspondence over the phone was quick and direct. I went in to buy a smart trainer and was surprised with stock availability and then carrying both Tacx and Wahoo. Very reasonable pricing structure. Much less headache of buying and shipping international. They are both accommodating and do bike maintenance and service as well. For those who are not aware, they carry shimano parts (cassettes, chains, and drivetrain parts). sram (chain and drivetrain parts), and power meters (stages and a few others) There is also triathlon basic items and accessories. I am very happy and excited to have found this place and will be visiting it more often for all my bike and triathlon needs. Great job!
