I always comes to get a promotion with a very good price. In the end, I pay at least three times the promotion because they did not recommend the promotion. Be prepared if you want to pay 1K at least you are going to pay 2K. I always come with my daughter and do treatments for me and her. There treatments are good and it last for like two months with their shampoo and mask. Do not fall for their recommendations just do what you came for. The other terrible thing is the waiting. I took an appointment at 2:30 pm and now is 5:35 and I am still waiting for my turn. If you time is valuable like mine do not think to waist your time waiting. There is no point of their appointment if I am going to wait for more than 3 hours just to get my services started???!!! I am very disappointed!!!!

There is always something weird about this place. The reviews are aweful. It sees that customer satisfaction isn't a big deal. I am a returning customer and every time I comefor a service I face an issue. I really don't know if its the low skill management, is it the unrevised values of the business, is it something else? I really don't know. Staff are always unsure about what to say and how to say it. They have zero respect for customers' time and unjustified disrespect to appointments. They load their workers with too many customers till they rush everywhere knowing nothing and looking confused and chaotic! Their treatments are good but I'm starting to think of finding an alterntive center that really fullfil my needs and my self respect. Thank you any way. Tip for new comers: think twice before you get in. Look around and watch the hassle then decide if u want to continue or just leave and fing another place.

Horrible just horrible. I wanted the hair specialist to take a look at my hair and recommend me a solution. She quickly rushed me inside and was like you will do a package of hair treatment. I asked her about the treatment and how long would it last? She said “you ask lots of questions” super rude. Staff are horrible and untrusted. I can go on and on about their 0 customer orientation.

I was visiting Riyadh and asked my sister-in-law to take me to a nice spa to do a facial. She assured me that the place was good and that the staff was professional. Long story short, they had us waiting although we had an appointment, for about 1h before they started the service. My facial, which lasted no more than 20 mins, was absolutely disappointing. The lady barely cleaned my face, no scrub, no face massage... and to wrap it up she used a cheap face mask. Tbh, I don’t even have a clue where of what products she used. Will not be returning
