They have a good collection of toys for girls and boys. We buy small car from here. They don't have any offers and customer service is not good enough. They will show you if you ask them something. They will not make any efforts from their side to sell you or show interest in you. It looks like if you buy it's fine and if you don't buy. That's also fine. If they show some interest in their customers, I believe they can make good sales. I think staff need more training on how to deal with customers and provide good customer service. .

Big place for for kids toys, but doesn't mean you will find everything you want, But reasonably priced than other places.
Worst customer service. The sales people does not respect the customers. No respect to the children's. Better to go for other toys stores coz customer service important . There are many in market with same toys.

One of the oldest toy stores in the Eastern province. The place hasn't been in the business that long unless they were good. A friendly staff, even if they are not knowledgeable. The variety is there, and they have brand names as well. A lot of branches for the place, but this one has a huge parking area. The A/C last time I visited wasn't cooling enough for the mid-summer heat. So it was not a very pleasant experience.
