Perfect location and close to Masjid Al-Haram. Very clean and well maintained hotel that feels cosy and welcoming. Staff are very helpful and service is exceptional. They also offer a bus service from the hotel to the Al Khalil Courtyard for convenience. I'm happy to say, that safety and hygiene is their number one priority. As an example, below is what they do to ensure you have a great Breakfast experience and also feel safe at the same time. They take your Breakfast preference the previous evening, to ensure you get the correct quantity and hot food at your table when you arrive. Compared to some hotels where they now only offer Breakfast room service, Marriot should be commended for still delivering the hotel dining experience during this difficult time. Highly recommend staying at Marriot when visiting Makkah. We have enjoyed our stay here previously pre covid, and now during the recovery period.

Very nice place to stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shuttle service are available every 5 min to haram. Haram is very near from drop point. Staff was very good.
We were the first guest after authorities had opened for Umrah in end-October. They gave us a presidential suite, which was awesome. The hotel opened after seven months and not everything was perfect but understandable. Marriott service was there though. The breakfast was great! We were in a hurry to check out catching flights at the Jeddah airport and they made all efforts for us to help with that. I did not like parking facilities though. Had to pay tons, which is okay and I understand this is Makkah. But there was no one at the parking when we pulled through to greet us or take our bags (okay they just opened) but no one spoke English and I had no idea where to park. So I got out of the hotel and drove like 10 kms before I realized the paid parking lot was underground! I wish someone showed me the entrance instead of screaming in Arabic to drive out of the front lot.

Very nice hotel. Delicious breakfast. Clean rooms. Shuttle service always available. Not far from Haram but it's on height, difficult to walk.
The hotel is wonderful, close to the Haram, the staff is friendly, there is a 24-hour bus service, near the Haram, and I would like to thank Mr. Mohamed Fouad, we were heartened by his distinguished reception, this hotel I staid on January 13 ,it was very comfortable

Very good hotel with good staff trying to offer the requested services, good foods even the huge number of residents, there is a commute bus to and from the Haram Mosque but at the prayers time it becomes crowded
