Easily accessible branch with plenty of parking. The showroom is spacious and has good layout of the products. They just recently enhanced it even further by adding dedicated platform for some companies like Apple and Huawei where you can try their latest products. Customer service is overall good.

I came to get after sale services and I received the worst treatment. In simple words, the employee refused to take my phone which still had 11 months in warranty for basically “you didn’t bring a charger cable with the phone”. The long story follows.. I came in the morning and the guy at the morning shift wanted to take the phone for maintenance. However, I had to take the phone back and back it up. Then I came in the afternoon and the guy refused to take it if I don’t bring a charger with it. So, when discussed this issue with him, I told him what if I buy any charger and bring it along would u accept it? He said yes, although they tested the phone in the morning and found out that the problem isn’t with the charger (because it was their charger they used). After that, I had to go to the customer services guy who persisted on the same standing of his fellow. Upon long discussion he got convinced that the charger thing is not an issue at all! But, still he said you have to bring a charger for us to process your phone OR after we send you phone the maintenance will call you to bring a charger. Unbelievable!! Anyone with some common sense would understand that it’s not an issue! I’m highly disappointed, hence the star rating.

Jarir is the best book store in Khobar for sure, but I have two main criticisms: the art supplies are too expensive (Zamil’s is cheaper and often has the same brands), and too many electronics items are out of stock!
