What I can say...I love it and love this place and surely I love the experience of buying here and after service. last time I bought 8K laptop and it was broken after I use for 28 days. When I complain, they gave 3 option: they will reorder, replace with other laptop, return money as they could not fix my laptop. When I choose return money as I can wait another new coming laptop...they return my money 100% without even cutting 1 SAR. This amazed me as in other places in my country...usually they will take charge for whatever reason. So by this experience...i will always suggest my friends to buy something here..at least their return policy is good. Book, Laptop, TV, bags, stationary, hanpdone...what do you want (of course no vegetables :-) )

We had never expected such a rude behaviour and worst customer service at this store. Staffs are non friendly, poor in English communications. Ordering us to buy memory cards along with Android smartphones irrespective of your interest. Also denied us to buy more than one smartphone without buying a memory card & clarified it was management’s instructions. We don’t know what kind of business is this. We experienced like buying something from a gunda’s market. Opt for other electronics outlets instead of Jarir store.

I would have give it 0️. Because when I went to buy a Huawei smartphone to my friend, we finalized one of the model (around SR 1000) and asked for screen guard and my friend was not convinced to buy the screen guard and asked to bill mobile only. But the salesman keep on pushing to sell the screen guard and he was not interested to sell the mobile phone. It was a very unpleasant moment for us in Jarir, we feel embarrassed over that. Finally we told the salesman that if you don’t sell that phone then we will go, but salesman reply was “if you don’t buy, then somebody will”. We left from Jarir and bought the same model in one of the other hypermarket. Their service was highly appreciated. By this incident, atleast Jarir Bookstore lost my respect. I will never recommend anyone to go and buy the products from Jarir.

I absolutely lovvve the place i always go sit and read there and the salespersons are friendly and helpful. The only problem is that everything is so overpriced and no its not bc its the original copy bc i jus realized its a normal copy not original Well..im not really sure but i am assured it is but otherwise its really good and the electronics are great..not exactly school supplies tho ...
