JCC was among the first three community colleges to be established in the Kingdom under the affiliation of King Saud University in 1998. From late 1999 up until 2006, it was affiliated with King Khalid University. JCC has become an affiliate of Jazan University since its establishment in 2006. The college programs utilize the best available tools and resources to help students become well equipped and knowledgeable in order to fulfill the changing needs of the labor market.
