Apple is renowned for amazing customer service. Not here tho. Literally the worst experience you’ll probably ever encounter. I took screenshots of all the horrible experiences and complaints on here and I’m emailing them to Apple. This place dose not deserve to have the “Apple authorized service” title at all and should be stripped of it.

I came on the date that they scheduled for me to know about the feedback of my device, just to find out that nothing has been done on my device (it has been with them for 2 weeks) “apologized to me” and asked me to come after 2 days.

Good place to get your device fixed. The engineers know there stuff, but it will take time to fix the issue since all parts are ordered from abroad. I've used this branch almost 2 times and never had any issues.

Very rude service I recommend alef much better. When I asked an employee to wear a mask he said no in a very rude way and because I complained them to apple they treated me in a much worse way than other customers.
