One of the best gyms in Jeddah It has a very friendly staff and excellent trainers. Their classes are great for beginners and professionals alike. Not that many machines, but they are not really needed. The amenities are top-notch with a sauna, jacuzzi, and steam bath. Best of all, the gym is clean at all times. I highly recommend Arena for people looking for a high-end experience. The subscription is quite pricy but I think it is worth it. I haven’t been going due to the pandemic, but will definitely renew my subscription once this whole thing blows over. 10/10

Overall it’s a good gym! The idea of taking fitness classes with a group is good. They offer CrossFit, calisthenics, and boot Camp classes!

I am so mad at this centre, there is no way to communicate with the managers to discuss your issues. We have paid 13000 SR for 1 year membership for 2 kids , 1 week before Covid 19 lock down. The kids never had a chance to use the centre, test their level or even get their uniform. Now they are refusing to refund, to discuss any solutions. They just want to take the money and have no responsibility toward the customers and excuse that "We have a no refund policy" . This is a worldwide pandemic, this is a different situation. Arena who shows a good standard of service should also have same standards in solving customers issues .

Good gym facilities, but I'm not a confident gym user and was relying on bootcamps and mobility classes. Most of the coaches are really great, attentive and supportive. The bootcamps really haven't got back to a regular pattern since the end of lockdown so it's hard to get a routine. Never really know what times will be available or who the instructor will be. Some days now, there are no bootcamp classes after midday. For the members fee, which is above the odds, even with a hefty discount, I'd expect more options.
