Wow.. This place is amazing, Size of the Family Room was so huge, I really recommended this place for Travellers with Family.. Its also near to many high end restaurant and shopping center..

I visited Jeddah in Nov 2016 for meetings and stayed 3 nights in Ascott Tahlia. I enjoyed my stayed there. The room is clean, spacious, and seems well maintained. Facilities in the room, incl. the internet speed, are excellent as well. Not much variety of menu though for breakfast but the taste was OK. I didn't try or use hotel facilities. Hotel staffs should be more friendly and warm. The hotel is in the city center with lots of restaurants, shops and malls just outside the hotel or within short distance.

Great service, room service is fast. Housekeeping is good and attentive. Rooms are modern and clean.

Excellent customer service. The one bedroom apartment is a good size. It’s clean, expect the bathroom requires maintenance to remove black mold from sink and shower grouting. The amenities are good. The furniture has some wear and tear. The breakfast is good and is for two adults and children under 6 are free - each additional is 50 SR. Also, a hood location mid way from both south and north Jeddah.

I have visited Kenza coffee at Ascott and I would like to thank Mr. Mohammed Ali for his great service. Delicious Coffee and brownies were served. Nice view and worth the visit.

Location was hard to get to due to the construction on Tahlia street. Staff and service was great. However, the sound proofing in the room is terrible . I can hear my neighbor’s conversation.
