the receptionist doesn't understand english and if u want to request something from him it's no use instead ask the other workers they will help u better. apart from that the room, cleaning service, cleanliness (u can tell them to come clean and they will do it every alternate day) and sea view from the room is perfect and also the location of laundry and grocery is very convenient.
