This place is amazing. I have had the experience to have my lunch in there. Environment is quite and bright. Staff is friendly. Food is delicious. I recommend the restaurant. And also I attended a weeding ceremony in one of their wedding hall. Hospitality was average. Staff were helpful and the dinner was hot enough and has variety of choices from Salads to main courses from different regions of the world. Cleanness of the place was noticeable. The ceremony was roughly 2 hours. Plenty of free parking. I recommend the restaurant and If you want to book the wedding halls.

The place has an amazing view.. Weather is excellent.. their big flaw as before, is bad service. We had coffee and tea, no food was ordered. I think their dependence on one nationality of servants is their mistake. Their waiters needs a lot of training and serving etiquette. Turkish Coffee was good. Arabic coffee lacks cardamom and came cold. We spoke to the manger about it, and they gave us Moroccan tea for free. I visited the Wave in Belajio couple of years ago, unfortunately their service is still as bad as it is. I hope they can do something about it. You still can enjoy the view and the good weather.

I ended up not eating here after waiting for almost an hour. They wanted us to wait for a table which we happily accepted. They said it would take 20 minutes, but even after waiting for about an hour, they did not seat us. More importantly when we expressed our frustration (we were starving and we would have gone somewhere else had we known of the delay), they could not careless. We left and ate somewhere else. The ambience of the hotel place looked nice though.
The receptionist was delightful. However the service is less than average We had to ask for cutlery many times and the waiters were asked to clear the table. The food is also average. Nothing too special. The servers and waiters can use more training.. The seating is fancy and comfortable. And the outside seating is wonderful.
I never thought I'll get the chance to see such beautiful place in the middle of a busy district. I love the ambience, as well as its friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommended.
Nice clean place. Food is good and high in quality. Prices are reasonable. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Could get super busy in the evening, however you can call in advance and book a table.
