Extremely bad and poor service. If I could give zero stars, I would've done so. Do NOT use them! I shipped sensitive research samples with them to be delivered to the US and it took 12 days to be delivered because of delays in working with the Saudi Customs when I have already provided them with the export permit I received from the Saudi Customs. I shipped it a second time and it stayed in Jeddah's warehouse for more then 3 days! Just sitting there without being moved. Both packages contained dry ice and sensitive clinical samples, but the ice was thawed because of their poor service and the unexplainable delay. I filed a complaint against them with the Ministry of Commerce and will report them to the original FedEx headquarters in the US because they do NOT represent the world class service that FedEx offers globally.

Mindful Movement

Worst fedex office I’ve ever encountered. Items not delivered even though I verified my address and phone number. I’ve been calling them for 3 days to follow up on my shipment that only include documents and they tell me that it has custom duties and taxes! Then they said it was an error. They claim they’ve tried to call me but they haven’t. Please rethink how you do business and how much you charge!

Such a worst courier service. Pathetic. I am following up with them for the past one week and the parcel haven't received yet. Its in Jeddah for almost a week with no sign of delivery. Calling up everyday amd asking them. They never attempted to contact us back or reaolve the query. Paid for express delivery n ended up with headache.
