Worst costumer service I ordered my cake 5 days in advanced and asked for it to be half chocolate half vanilla, on the day of Pick up i wanted to pick up the cake at 1 pm but but they said the cake will be ready at 3:30 pm then I asked if it was possible to have it ready earlier because i had other things to do but they ignored me !! I arrived there on time but the driver was 30 minutes late and on top of that I was surprised that the cake was only Vanilla. they did not add chocolate (:

I don't know why the workers (not the phillipines) over there feels like they don't want to work. They never smile or even bother to answer my questions. Anyhow their products are good.
