One of Jeddah’s oldest and finest restaurants. Rich in taste in every dish. Tried almost the whole menu. I recommend the pepper steak as a main course and their signature chocolate soufflé Very friendly staffs I have to say.

The only memorable thing about this place was the prices. No Foie Gras available, of all things. Escargot were not served in the shell. Pepper steak was undercooked and returrned twice. Chocolate soufflé was passable and the highlight of the night.
Not the same standard it used to be, I was shocked tonight from their service and food quality. We ordered 3 lobster dinners as it is lobster night, one of the lobster dishes smelled very bad as it was rotten , I was surprised how did the chief cook allowed it to be served with this quality, I called the manager and it was taken away with no apology to us, the second shocking thing that when we request the check the rotten order was charged in the check ????! That was very bad thing to do and I had to complain again to the manager to take it out :'(. It really missed up our night
LaCuisine is one of the first Classical French Cuisine in Jeddah. It got popular when they introduced Sunday as Lobster Night. The lobster thermidor, the Lobster Bisque, the Caramel and Chocolate souffle, it's just heaven. The entrecote melts in your mouth. I think they went through some changes through the years and that definitely effected there quality of food & service.
This place has sadly closed :( Jeddah has lost one of it's iconic restaurants.
They have absolute best service. In addition, they are the best French restaurant in Jeddah. Their escargot, entrecote and souffle are outstanding. It is a very classic restaurant with a calm ambience.
The last time I visited La Cuisine was years ago. Somewhere between the years 2000 and 2002. Then, La Cuisine was considered a world wonder. Yes, the food was that great. Today however ... I'll just say, some of that greatness managed to survive through the years.
French Cuisine, very high class restauraunt... and expensive too... But the quality of the food really should be considered. The only problem with this restauraunt is the location... nothing else. The serving crew are very friendly and coopritive. In the end, this is one of the best restauraunts in Jeddah. Not famous maybe because of the location, and low advertisment. My advice for everyone to come here and try it out.
