May be the worst NCB branch among all. Like 1costumer for 15minutes, chat for 5minutes, coffee, tea, smartphone for another 15minutes. A wow total of 20 costumers served daily. Opps sorry its down to 10 i forgot the prayer hours, Allah Kareem

Very poor service they are giving. Take long time. Even I visit update my ID at 9.30am, until 2.30pm still here.. all ncb branch same situation and don't use the NCB quick play. Here lot of other PVT bank in saudi.

Very bed behavior staff in this quick pay as i go today i say assalamualikum they look at me not reply even for salam i am going to cancel the account in quick pay and that is my request to everyone don’t open account in quick pay that is big headache

Today is 12-8-2019 (Eid Al-Adha). According to the memorandum of NCB Quickpay, Hera and Sharafiya branches are open during holidays from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. I arrived at the Sharafiya branch at 2:45pm to update my iqama when the branch manager did not allow me to continue any transaction with them. He was saying there were already closed and could not entertain any customer. But, the closing time of their branch as per their memorandum is 5:30pm. I think he is INCOMPETENT to manage a branch because I came on time 3 hours before their closing time. He did not even explain to customers like me why the branch could not entertain any customers anymore though it was still early to close as per their bank memorandum. He is really incompetent. SAD TO SAY!

The Quickpay service is very very bad service. I open a account on 30th July. The same time I deposited money in front of the branch employee. But my 500 SAR stuck on the ATM Mechine. Until today (14-8-2019) I didn’t received my money back. They told me to call phone banking system. I called, the agent, they told me to go the branch. I visited the branch 3 times.Nothing happened. Very bad service. I will not recommend anyone the QuickPay.

today i just got to visit this quick pay branch at sharafiyyah, jeddah. the hospitality and client care was excellent and awesome. especially the supervisor/manager was truly helpful in providing right information and guidance. thanks once again to the whole team in this branch, wish you all success.
