3 stars for Spacious, windowed rooms that house rabbits, cats, birds and dogs. The little habitat spaces were not overcrowded at all and the animals looked well. The staff at the store were friendly and helpful. Lost 2 stars for staff that were not knowledgeable at all about animals and they had no idea about the breeds of animals and they didn't handle the animals as recommended. Also the staff all had their masks around their chins. They were low in stock of feed items as well but they advised me about the arrival date of the next delivery. They also had no idea that the store they worked for had a website where you could order items online.

The store design is very aesthetic. But not sure the glass display cases are the best environment for keeping the cats or rabbits. Many fish tanks but all containing the same breed of fish. Nothing unique or interesting. Very limited in tanks and tank accessories. They have a very large range of products and cater for cats and dogs well. However, staff is not helpful and don’t seem to know much about what is the best product to suggest for your needs. Overall a beautiful store to look at but overly priced and requires self-service.
Good for accessories and pets stuff. if you are looking for buying a pet like cats, they are all either old or not for sale.

Worst place to buy pets. Everytime I got there and bought a pet i find it sick couple days later. My last purchase was a cocktail and two days later I realized his peak broken and i had to take it to a vet. To be fair they have good accessories and pets food
