One of the best dry cleaners in Jeddah. They are very useful and helping especially if you have tight schedule like me. I highly recommend to use their app which is great and useful. They have a wide variety of services which is a bonus.

This was my first time to use Qleanapp during a transit in Jeddah. At first the app wasn't recognising my area as within coverage (despite being within 2 km from the Laundry). Anyway, we managed to get in touch by phone. Pickup and delivery wasn't punctual at all, had to wait 2-3hrs after their promised time . The business idea is great but they need to improve on their logistics and processes significantly. As for the Laundry service itself; everything came clean and properly packaged. However, I lost one small hat. Detailed feedback is ment to provide the owner an idea to where they need to improve.
Very convenient services and very lovely customer services. I love how the founders handle everything themselves.

تجربه لن تتكرر تطبيق خايس واستغرب من التعليقات كلهم اصحاب المشروع واضح اول مره اشوف احد يستعمل تطبيق ويجلس يروج له في التعليقاتويمدح العماله والسرعه والدقه واذا ماعندك وقت انصحك تستخدم التطبيق والله من افشل التطبيقات اللي شفتها بلا كذب وكلام فاضي مفروض نستفيد من التعليقات مو كلهم من نفس العائله
