Very good service from Saudi air lines. It makes it easy for travellers. Just bring your bags before 24 hours to 8 hours before travel and make boarding. But be aware of some notes: 1. The weight is 23 kg ber bag not more than that at all. 2. All bags will be wrapped there with cost 12 sar per bag. 3. Zamzam water not available there. You have to bring with you and they will take it.

Im not suggesting anyone to use this facility. Even if you wrap your luggage they are compelling you to wrap it using their wrapping facility.

Time is money. Good idea for saving time of the boarding time in airport by dropping your luggages in advance from 24 hours up to 8 hours before flight time scheduled. Note: For International flights only. All the best SAUDIA Airlines !

Useless office and staff. Only good for Int'l flights. Can not cancel, reissue, rebook any local flights. Only Int'l flights. You have to go the the airport to be served!!!!!!!! Great automation! Saudia Airline 2030 vision is a bit blurry!!
