Bad response from the person working on desk for claim. Without looking at my insurance policy, he started to answering & questioning unnecessary things. End of the day, i claimed from other party insurance co. who hit my car.they were very good at customer service at desk.

They are fast given that there is no crowd, but if you dont have chance, you'll wait hours for your claim. Yet, their prices are very very good comparing to other insurance companies. For my car, I insured it at 40% of the price of Al Taawuniya.
