As a glaucoma patient for the past 12 years, I was very much convinced by a young Saudi ophthalmologist who did the trabeculectomy surgery successfully. It's a well equipped hospital with very efficient and highly committed staff. I recommend this hospital for anyone.

Highly Unrecommended. Not all information is given before surgery, the doctor who examines you is different than the one doing the surgery (without informing the patient). Long waiting hours even when you have an appointment, the staff are extremely unprofessional and careless in relation to patients services. The employees at the front desk and the ones who answer the phone seem... tired and unbothered with working well.. Some low standard for a medical complex

I did my lasik surgery with Dr Adel Alrshoud . The surgery team was great and they did a wonderful job. The main issue with this Eye center is the appointment cuz they have bad time management and they have to work more on this issue . Lot of people have the same issues all the time with appointments I hope they will improve that.

Dr. Adel is one of the best eye surgeons. Extremely skilful, knowledgeable, and down to earth! I had some complications post my cataracts surgery, but he assured me that within one year all will be good and I truly feel the difference now that a year had already passed. The only thing I hate, being a patient of Al Kahal, is the long wait time and sometimes I feel that I’m being charged for follow up consultations that are already covered in first consultation visit . Thanks Dr. Adel for bringing light to my eye again

Waiting area is crowded , receptionist was loud voice , if you have an appointment forget to be in in your time , staff impolite, you have to sign a form to agree that you allow everything recommended by doctors

Time disappointed. Every time I have an appointment, I would wait for one hour!!! Seriously guys!!! No time management here at all.
