The policy is very practical and useful. I have always found the replacement parts that I wanted. Not so crowded also. I would only wish that they opened on Saturday as well. Please note that due to Metro project, Olaya section in front of the shop is closed so you have to find your way from behind the building.

i dont recommend it at all i gave them a hairdryer expecting them to repair it or at least exchange it they took like 2 days , and it came back to me just the same without repairing or anything. Please dont waste ur time with them

Really bad service, I gave them my camera lense for service and it's been 2 weeks and they haven't called back till now And when I call them they dont pick up

Service is good. Mostly spares available in stock or otherwise they bring from other stores, which takes time. Item maintenance inspections are taking too long as 1 week time they are saying. Due to metro and road construction, it is difficult place to access from road and parking.

Very very poor shop, very bad service.. not recommended at all, most of the spare parts not available, i request coffee machine jug since 3 weeks and i am still waiting ...

Weak service .. the item took 40 days to be repair. The location is not clear even if you use google map. No customer care at all
