Very well organized professional shop But very less stock of all needed products... I went there to buy cuban cigars...but I was very disappointed it was out of stock... The new stock is coming after 1 month due to corona pandemic. The salesman is very lazy to talk....he can speak english. Please note that it very hard to get parking here during holidays...even in some working days... Because it is free parking...

One of the worst experiences, literally they have nothing and sales representative not supportive at all. I whent to the store and he was speaking over phone, when I aske him about cigar he tell me they have only COHIBA at store, and he asked me to check the website if I need other brands like HOYO or any else, and he was lying because I see some brands on shelves.... لا تضيع وقتك وتروح لهم اشتري اون لاين ووفر على نفسك وقت وجهد.....

One of the best selections for cigars and pipe tobacco in the middle east. The store employee is friendly and knowledgeable. All the cigars are reasonably priced. Cigars are well maintained in a quality humidor which means that the cigar wont be dried but perfect. I like their selection of pipe tobacco mainly dunhill. Highly recommend this place.
