Way overrated. Seriously what is actually so special about this place? I think the sauce might be only good for some people. I personally did not enjoy the sauce. It was okay but it had a bit of tang which I'm not a fan of. A little bit like Worcester sauce flavour. The first batch of steak I had was warm and the second time it was hot as how it should have been. It definitely was not enough for me. I was left still feeling hungry. The fries honestly looked and tasted like something you make at home using those frozen fries. I've had better at home than there. Plus they didn't look fresh. So if the food isn't so great, surely the service has to be exceptional right? Nah, very average service with a bit of arrogance. Poor experience and overpriced for what it is. I don't mind paying but I don't want to be ripped off and truth to be told I felt that here.

The food was very very disappointing. The steak smells, and they pour sauce on it to cover. The fires which is the essayist was also bad. The only thing that was good is the view. Even the table setting was very disappointed with plastic utensil for steak! I would’ve made much delicious steak and fries at home. And don’t let me even start on the salad! Waaaay overrated and such a waste

This is by far the best regional location that provides the exact taste and quality as the original location. I’ve been to the one in Dubai and Bahrain and I almost gave up on this chain.. but yeah keep it up guys

I will write my feedback based on a regular visits to this marvelous place during past eight years, they have complimentary crisp and fresh salad topped with walnuts, also they serve french bread, it taste great with dijon mustard. they only have one main course, you choose how do you like the steak to be cooked, i always choose medium well, i cant describe how delicious is the steak and the unique sauce tastes. The french fries is always crunchy and tasty. The only bad thing about this place is their prices, its way overpriced.

All what you need to indulge yourself after a long week. Great food and service. The steak’s sauce is marvelous. The fries is good but I’d prefer it a bit more tender. The creme brûlée can’t be any better.

Very bad experience, waiters are not friendly, they bring u a plate of regular bread without any dippings \butter/olive oil/ balsamik \ The portion of the order is VERY SMALL. Would NOT recommend it at all P.s. Comparing it to Faisliah branch is unfair. They are not even close to it.

Nothing like the original ones. Dry meat, okayish french fries, cold and not crunchy bread. The 2 stars are for the salad and the sauce which are quite good.
