I came in to the studio after a relative of mine recomended it, i wasnt sure what to expect as this was my first yoga expeirence in Saudi Arabia, and let me just say I LOVED IT ! Our instructor Ghada is a beautiful soul with very good energy, the studio is spacious, smells great, very relaxing space. I highly recommend it.
This is the place to go in Dammam if you want to immerse yourself in the practice of yoga. There are classes for all experience levels and is suitable for the young and old. The warm and inviting atmosphere, the excellent instruction, the emphasis on being in the present all lead to a wonderful experience.
