- There are many wonderful items. Some of items are avilable only in the website (example: Power Track,..etc). - The staff is not professional enough. - The post marketing service is very bad. They had delivered a damge item and they replaced it after weeks.

Very nice but not organized
The staff was really rude and unhelpful the last time I had a chance to visit the shop. Usually its not like that but.. Anyhow the place is good enough for getting yourselves some fancy and reasonably priced lights, power sockets, and accessories.
The best place to buy any thing related to lights Halogen lamps with different choices something to help preserve our planet it is a place where you get help from a qualified staff very professional ready to help with the tiniest inquiry just ask them The service lace is well organized thousands of items but you not feel lost in the middle, besides the lamps there are a high tech items
