I had a new phone, I broke the screen accidentally, had it fixed on your shop, after a month it gets flickery and turns off on its own, went to your shop , they told me it's the screen and they told me that the warranty is only one week for the replacement screen. I did not tmdo anything to damage the phone I have been very careful with it knowing that the replacement is expensive yet they told me they cando anything since the company who they got the screen with will no longer replace it for its only good for a week. Never asked for discount as I understand that fixing it is a hard task maybe. My point is atleast have your own company shoulder the fault or atleast take responsibility for it hence it was your shop who replaced it and should atleast make a 1 month guarantee on your expense, however I could say that your employees they are professional and they do just follow what you have told them. Just my point since you asked I ought to be fair. Thank you
