Good models are constructed for sale. Elite class is living in this area. Neat and clean masjid and store for grocery and medical store for medicines are in same street.
Argaan project has lot of apartments and villas. They are very well built and relatively new. The maintenance of buildings is also very good. Nice place to live with families. Rent has dropped down by 20 percent or more as compared to the past.
I lived there for 3 years .. Its great project with high standards
Quality of the houses is very very poor. They used super cheap materials so everything breaks all the time (leakages etc.)
Very slow response especially when trying to lease an appartment
Same comment as Affan haider, awesome place but rents too high!
