Always the best place to have yoga and reset your body and mind. The space is very intimate and comfortable. The teachers are all very professional, kind, and pay attention to your posture and technique. Glad to have found this place, especially now when I needed a prenatal yoga teacher who’s actually certified. Had a couple of classes, cleared my mind, learned tips and tricks to help me with my pregnancy at home, and my body never felt better! Also check put their Yin classes! One of my favorite!
